# Rights and approximation notes

All delivered geometry, colors, water and stone shapes are newly authored. Official garden/OCVB photographs are private references only: no redistribution and no texture mapping. The built-in generated concept is separately labeled. No fonts or photo textures are required for this model.

This garden is deliberately a compressed composition of distinctive real elements rather than a surveyed site plan. The Yatei pavilion is correctly modeled with one roof tier and square open structure; the separate seven-eaved stone tower is a different feature. Relative positions, dimensions, bridge curvature, rear construction, decorative fretwork, vegetation and water flows are artistic estimates. The full park, adjacent streets, visitors and urban buildings are omitted. The waterfall is static modeled water, not a fluid simulation. No claim of precise historic reconstruction, structural accuracy or 3D-print readiness.
