Original miniature geometry, procedural materials and reconstruction code were created for this project. No third-party photo texture, stock model, font, or external asset is used in the portable model. Blender is the creation tool and not redistributed. Built-in ImageGen concept is an AI-generated reference, not proof of geographic accuracy. Actual source photos and Maps content retain their respective rights; they are study-only, excluded from delivery ZIPs and not licensed for reuse here. No claim of third-party endorsement or universal rights clearance is made.

# Rights and approximation record

This is a representative lower-tide cutout of a much broader beach. Plate counts, exact perimeter, sand texture and vegetation are illustrative. The distant airport/shore barrier and resort are outside scope.

All dimensions, fine surface details and unseen areas are unsurveyed. Source images inform original geometry but are not copied onto models. Reference screenshots are production evidence only and excluded from delivery. See LICENSES.txt and evidence.txt.
