Original editable mesh geometry, generated materials, scene arrangement and modeling code were authored for this commissioned miniature. No external 3D asset, texture, font or paid API content is embedded in native or GLB files.
The ImageGen concept was created with the built-in OpenAI tool and is a separate design reference, not the 3D model.
Official photos and Google Maps evidence remain property of their respective providers; they are used only as private factual research, excluded from delivery ZIPs, and never used as textures. Source URLs are listed in evidence.txt. No transfer or license of the real site's name, trademarks, architecture or third-party photos is implied.

# Rights and approximation record

公園全体ではなく、実在の博愛記念館の城型建築と直近の基壇・植栽を選択。キンダーハウス、入口門、黒い前庭記念碑、内部展示は含まない。

Model geometry and materials are original and editable. No official photograph is used as a texture. No external font or model asset is bundled. Reference photos are research-only and excluded from deliverable ZIPs. The concept image is separate from actual-model previews.

Concept kept actual mint roof and square keep with round top. The concept enlarged the forecourt retaining terraces; author model restricts to an approximate immediate museum platform. Window count, rear and landscaping reduced.

Dimensions, rear shape, internal structural supports, plant specimens, stone/tile counts and compressed ground layout are approximate. This is an artistic miniature, not a measured survey, a visitor access map, a religious reconstruction or architectural documentation. Existing completed models and friend-reserved IDs were not modified.
