Blender4.3.2 used as the free creation/export tool. Official/third-party reference photographs are research-only and excluded from distributed archives. The included concept was generated with built-in ImageGen. Site and architectural rights remain with their respective holders; no official endorsement is claimed.

# Rights and approximation limits

No underground dam cutaway, reservoir, monitoring excavation or engineering cross-section. Dimensions, unseen rear walls and tile spacing approximate. White authentic sign panel is modeled without lettering; no font or photographic sign texture. Municipal small exterior photograph is supplemented by an inspected full-resolution 2019 documentary front photograph. Current exact paint/weathering is unverified.

All mesh geometry and procedural materials are original to this project. Factual photography was used to study shape and color only; no photo texture, image-plane impostor or copied image asset is in the model.
