Original procedural geometry, materials and build_scene.py authored for this miniature project. Shared original primitive/render/QA utilities derive from prior models in this same project, not third-party assets. No fonts, photo textures, downloaded models or external resources are required. Official and tourism photographs are reference-only, remain third-party property, and are excluded from delivery. Place names and marks do not imply endorsement. Built-in ImageGen supplied the separate concept image.

# Rights and approximations

The Google Maps 17END beach pin is a broad context pin, not the precise pier head or runway survey. Pier spans, lamp counts, fence mesh, runway crop and distances are compressed. Terminal and aircraft excluded. Historical OCVB approach-light photo is not evidence of current operations. OCVB page states vehicle closure around 17 End since 2019-03-23 and says the beach is unmaintained and visitors should not descend. This model is not access or aviation guidance.

The original model and material work contains no photo textures, scans or downloaded meshes. Photographs were only used to understand the site. Third-party reference photography and official webpage content remain with their owners and are excluded from distribution. The generated concept is a design aid, not documentary evidence.

Concept preserves orange approach structure, northern runway context and block-armored coast. Runway alignment, supported crossbar ends and compressed spans are resolved in original geometry rather than copied as pixels.

Additional official current context checked 2026-10-14: Okinawa Prefecture airport management page https://www.pref.okinawa.jp/machizukuri/kowankuko/1012617/1012639/1023024.html states the 17-side route is principally for airport inspection and maintenance; non-authorized vehicles are prohibited. Bicycles/kickboards are only allowed when not obstructing pedestrians and able to stop immediately. This is not permission to enter the airport or approach-light pier.
